The NETZ Pace Squad is renowned as the No.1 pace program for young bowlers in the west. Designed to elevate the skills and performance of aspiring fast bowlers, this program provides a comprehensive approach to training, focusing on various critical aspects of pace bowling. Each session is 90 minutes long, ensuring ample time for intensive training and skill development.
Strength and conditioning form a vital component of the Pace Squad program. Our specialized training regimen focuses on developing the physical attributes necessary for fast bowling, including speed, power, endurance, and agility. Through a combination of gym work, plyometrics, and sport-specific exercises, participants will enhance their overall fitness and reduce the risk of injury.
The technical audit is a thorough analysis of each bowler's technique. Our expert coaches will evaluate various elements of the bowling action, including grip, run-up, delivery stride, and follow-through. This detailed assessment helps identify strengths and areas for improvement, allowing us to tailor individual training plans to optimize each player's performance.
Prehabilitation (prehab) focuses on preventing injuries before they occur. Our program includes targeted exercises to strengthen the muscles and joints used in fast bowling, promoting long-term health and durability. Bowling reload sessions are designed to gradually increase bowling workloads, ensuring that bowlers can handle the demands of competitive cricket without risking overuse injuries.
One of the standout features of the NETZ Pace Squad program is the use of advanced technology for full track ball tracking and pitch mapping. This cutting-edge equipment allows us to capture and analyze data on ball speed, trajectory, seam position, and pitch location. By providing precise feedback, we can help bowlers understand their performance metrics and make informed adjustments to their technique.
